چکیده

Solar-driven interfacial evaporation system has attracted intensive attention owing to its great potential in harnessing renewable solar energy purify water. To further enhance the solar-driven performance, absorber structure with high light-thermal conversion efficiency is especially critical. In this work, polyvinyl pyrrolidone/poly(vinylidene fluoride co hexa fluoropropylene)/CuO-nanorods (PVP/PVDF-HFP/CuO-nanorods) membrane was prepared sequentially by electrospinning, heating and hydrothermal processes. The flexible electrospun used as photothermal layer system. evenly distributed CuO nanorods function absorbers. polystyrene foam an insulating layer, filter paper inserted middle of transport water layer. designed evaporator for using pure As a result, rate 1.11 kg/m2h 75.36%. outcome work provides desalination wastewater purification.

Efficient solar photocatalyst based on cobalt oxide/iron oxide composite nanofibers for the detoxification of organic pollutants

A Co3O4/Fe2O3 composite nanofiber-based solar photocatalyst has been prepared, and its catalytic performance was evaluated by degrading acridine orange (AO) and brilliant cresyl blue (BCB) beneath solar light. The morphological and physiochemical structure of the synthesized solar photocatalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), X-...

Thermally driven interfacial dynamics of metal/oxide bilayer nanoribbons.

Solid-solid interfacial processes greatly affect the performance of electronic and composite materials, but probing the dynamics of buried interfaces is challenging and often involves lengthy or invasive sample preparation. We show that bilayer nanoribbons-made here of tin dioxide and copper-are convenient structures for observing as-made interfaces as they respond to changing temperature in a ...

Growth of High-Density Zinc Oxide Nanorods on Porous Silicon by Thermal Evaporation

The formation of high-density zinc oxide (ZnO) nanorods on porous silicon (PS) substrates at growth temperatures of 600–1000 °C by a simple thermal evaporation of zinc (Zn) powder in the presence of oxygen (O2) gas was systematically investigated. The high-density growth of ZnO nanorods with (0002) orientation over a large area was attributed to the rough surface of PS, which provides appropria...

Ultralong cylindrical micelles precisely located with semiconductor nanorods by solvent evaporation-driven self-assembly.

We demonstrate the efficient incorporation of PS-tethered cadmium sulfide nanorods (PS-CdS NRs) into polystyrene-block-poly(ethylene oxide) (PS-b-PEO) ultralong cylindrical micelles by solvent evaporation-driven self-assembly. The hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) was used as the surfactant in chloroform-in-water emulsions. It is a prerequisite to improve the enthalpic compatibility b...

Fluorinated copper phthalocyanine nanowires for enhancing interfacial electron transport in organic solar cells.

Zinc oxide is a promising candidate as an interfacial layer (IFL) in inverted organic photovoltaic (OPV) cells due to the n-type semiconducting properties as well as chemical and environmental stability. Such ZnO layers collect electrons at the transparent electrode, typically indium tin oxide (ITO). However, the significant resistivity of ZnO IFLs and an energetic mismatch between the ZnO and ...
